How to Log In to bACEic
Use the sign-in address shared by your institute or provided in your onboarding message. Make sure you are using the official address for your bACEic environment.
Before you begin
- Have your sign-in email or username ready, depending on the method your institute uses.
- Have your password or approved sign-in method available.
- Confirm that you have been invited or given access to the correct institute.
Sign in
- Open the bACEic sign-in page using the address provided by your institute.
- Enter the email address or username associated with your account.
- Enter your password, if password sign-in is enabled.
- Select the sign-in action shown on the page.
- If prompted, complete any additional verification step.
- After signing in, confirm that you are in the correct institute workspace.
If you cannot sign in
- Check that the email address or username is entered correctly.
- Check that Caps Lock or keyboard input settings are not changing your password.
- Use the password reset process if you have forgotten your password.
- Confirm that your account has been created and activated.
- Contact your institute administrator if you believe you have been given access to the wrong institute or your account is inactive.
Keep your account secure
Do not share your password with another person. If you are using a shared device, sign out when you finish and avoid saving your password in a browser that other people use.
