How to Reset Your Password
If you cannot remember your password, use the password recovery option on the bACEic sign-in page, if it is available for your account. Follow the instructions sent through the registered recovery channel.
Reset your password
- Open the bACEic sign-in page.
- Select the password recovery option, “Forgot password?”.
- Enter the email address associated with your bACEic account.
- Submit the request and check your inbox for the recovery message.
- Follow the instructions in the message. Check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive.
- Choose a strong, unique password if the recovery flow asks you to create one.
- Return to the sign-in page and log in with your updated credentials.
If the recovery message does not arrive
- Confirm that you entered the email address registered to your account.
- Check spam, junk and other filtered folders.
- Allow a few minutes for delivery and check again.
- Ask your institute administrator to confirm that your account uses the email address you entered.
- Contact the designated support (support@baceic.com) channel if you still cannot recover access.
Password safety
- Use a password that you do not use for other services.
- Do not share password reset links or verification codes.
- f you suspect someone else has accessed your account, notify your institute administrator promptly.
